Abstract:
An information providing apparatus (100) is provided with a photographing section
(101), a receiving section (102), a selecting section (103), an editing section
(104) and a transmitting section (105). The photographing section (101) photographs
surrounding images of a fork road. The receiving section (102) receives identifying
information from the information terminal device (110). Based on the identifying
information received by the receiving section (102), the selecting section
(103) selects an image of the fork road specified by the identifying information,
in an advancing direction also specified by the identifying information, among
the images photographed by the photographing section (101). The editing section
(104) edits the image selected by the selecting section (103) to emphasize a prescribed
dangerous object. The transmitting section (105) transmits the image edited
by the editing section (104) to the information terminal device (110).
