Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a system that selectively delivers in real time information about an external factor affecting the system itself or a target facility. [Solution] A facility management system 110 is configured to be capable of using GIS data 140, and is capable of acquiring real-time data related to occurrence of a natural disaster, etc. from an observation means 120 such as an observation data provision service 122. Upon acquisition of position information of a target facility from a user terminal 150, the facility management system 110, on the basis of the position information, identifies, on the GIS data 140, a site of occurrence of the natural disaster, etc. which may be an external factor affecting operation of the target facility, and extracts real-time data related to the identified site of occurrence as observation data.
