Abstract:
A vertical bag-filling and -packaging device (1) comprises a film supplying part (5) for delivering a film (F) from a roll (Fr), a bag-making guide (31) for folding the film (F) into a tube shape and changing a conveyance direction to a downward direction, a longitudinal sealing part (60) for heat-sealing lateral edges of the film (F) in the vertical direction to form a tube shape, a film conveyance part (50) for conveying the film (F) downward, a filling part (70) for loading contents (X) into the film (F), a transverse sealing part (80) for heat-sealing the film (F) in the left-right direction to form a bag body, a square-bottom sealing part (90) for forming a rectangular bottom surface by heat-sealing a bottom section of the bag after spreading the bottom section into a rectangle from the inside thereof, and a cutter (89) for cutting the bag body apart from the film (F).
