Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are an information reporting method and a user equipment. The information reporting method comprises: a user equipment (UE), which is configured with dual connectivity (DC), successfully completing a primary-secondary cell (PSCell) change process, and triggering the recording of a PSCell change report (SPCR) to save SPCR information; and the UE making primary cell (PCell) information to be contained in the saved SPCR information, wherein the PCell information is information of a primary cell (PCell), which is associated with the UE before a synchronization reconfiguration of the PSCell is executed when the UE receives a PSCell change command.
