Abstract:
There is provided an informing method for performing informing processing at a
predetermined time to a mobile terminal (1) from an informing server (4). Content data
is accumulated in a content data accumulation unit (6). In a table data storage unit
(5), a terminal identifier for identifying the mobile terminal (1) is correlated with
the informing time set to execute informing processing and content data used
for the informing processing. A timer unit (412) counts the time. At the informing time,
the informing server (4) starts informing processing to the mobile terminal (1).
According to this informing processing, the table data is referenced and the
content data correlated to the terminal identifier is sent to the mobile terminal (1).
The content data which has been sent is outputted as an acoustic signal at the mobile
terminal (1). Thus, in a mobile communication terminal having a communication function
such as a mobile telephone, it is possible to provide additional information such
as weather broadcast and fortune-telling in addition to the time through a melody
or a voice via the communication function.
