An infrared temperature measurement device (200), a movable platform, a control device, and a handheld infrared temperature measurement apparatus. The infrared temperature measurement device (200) comprises: an infrared detector (210) comprising a plurality of pixel units, the plurality of pixel units comprising a first group of pixel units (211) and a second group of pixel units (212); a shielding member (220) configured to shield the second group of pixel units (212), so as to block infrared light generated by thermal radiation outside the shielding member (220) from being incident to the second group of pixel units (212); the first group of pixel units (211) configured to measure first thermal radiation radiated by a target to be measured; the second group of pixel units (212) configured to measure second thermal radiation radiated by the shielding member (220); a temperature sensor (230) configured to measure the temperature of the shielding member (220) as a reference temperature; and a processor (240) configured to determine, on the basis of a correspondence between the reference temperature and the second thermal radiation, a target temperature of the target to be measured corresponding to the first thermal radiation.
