Abstract:
Disclosed is an inherent energy efficiency element function acquisition system for a computer numerical control machine tool. The system comprises a device information management module, a test parameter setting module, an NC code generation module, a field test management module, a data analysis module, a validity check module and a power sensor. The NC code generation module is used for generating, according to information of a computer numerical control machine tool to be tested and test parameters, NC codes for controlling the operation of the computer numerical control machine tool to be tested; the field test management module is used for parsing power data information of the power sensor and generating input power sets of the computer numerical control machine tool in each test running process; and the data analysis module is used for generating, according to the input power sets, inherent energy efficiency element functions for the computer numerical control machine tool and an energy consumption sub-system thereof. Further disclosed is an inherent energy efficiency element acquisition method for a computer numerical control machine tool. The present invention solves problems such as a difficult detection process, incomplete detection data and complex data processing for an inherent energy efficiency element of a computer numerical control machine tool, and can provide technical support for the energy efficiency evaluation of a new machine tool and improvement in energy efficiency of an old machine tool.
