Abstract:
The present application provides a single-frequency laser light source, comprising a pumping unit and a resonant cavity. The resonant cavity comprises a first reflection filtering unit, a second reflection filtering unit, and a gain medium, wherein the first reflection filtering unit and the second reflection filtering unit at least form two ends of the resonant cavity, the filtering ranges of the first reflection filtering unit and the second reflection filtering unit are partially overlapped, single-longitudinal-mode output of laser is realized after the laser is filtered by the first reflection filtering unit and the second reflection filtering unit, and single-frequency laser is obtained. According to the present application, the laser resonant cavity is constituted by the first and second reflection filtering units, laser in the filtering overlapped region of the first and second reflection filtering units is selected by using the filtering action of the first and second reflection filtering units to the laser frequency, so as to obtain the single-longitudinal-mode output. The single-frequency laser light source is not limited by the ultra-narrow filtering range requirement of a single narrow-band filtering grating, the process difficulty is reduced, and the mutual restriction of the filtering bandwidth performance and the output power can be avoided.
