Abstract:
An injectable antibacterial polymer hydrogel, a preparation method for same, and uses thereof. The hydrogel is prepared with an alginate, a hyaluronate, an iron ion-containing compound, and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium serving as raw materials. The hydrogel is uniform and stable, has excellent self-repairing performance, shear thinning performance, and injectability, and provides excellent bacterial resistance. The hydrogel can be used as an injectable carrier and is applicable in local injection therapies for tissue damages of different sizes and shapes. The hydrogel has simple raw materials, is fast-forming, easy and convenient to prepare, and environmentally friendly, and provides excellent application prospects.
