Abstract:
The present invention provides an ink for inkjet recording, the ink containing at least one infrared absorbing dye A that is selected from among a dye A1 represented by formula (1) and a dye multimer A2 that contains two or more dye structures derived from the dye A1 in each molecule. The present invention also provides an inkjet recording method and a printed matter, each of which uses this ink for inkjet recording.
