Abstract:
This inkjet recording device is provided with a conveyance unit, a carriage, one or more ink heads, a processing head, a pre-processing head, and a post-processing head. The conveyance unit conveys a recording medium in a prescribed conveyance direction. The carriage reciprocates in a main scanning direction that intersects the conveyance direction. The multiple ink heads are mounted on the carriage and each ejects ink. The pre-processing head is disposed upstream of the multiple ink heads in the conveyance direction, and ejects a pre-processing liquid that does not produce color. The post-processing head is disposed downstream of the multiple ink heads in the conveyance direction, and ejects a post-processing liquid that does not produce color. The multiple ink heads are arranged aligned in the conveyance direction and include multiple same-color ink heads that all eject ink of the same color as each other.
