Abstract:
The present invention provides: an inorganic porous carrier, which can increase yield, etc., in the production of nucleic acids, has pore distribution in which a pore diameter (mode diameter) is 0.04 μm or more, and has a linker represented by formula (1) [in the formula, * represents a bond of a silanol group of an inorganic porous body to an oxygen group. R1 and R2 represent a C3-C10 alkyl group or phenyl group. L represents a single bond, a C1-C20 alkylene group, or a C2-C20 alkylene group which includes -CH2-Q-CH2- that is a group in which Q selected from the group consisting of -O-, -NH-, -NH-CO-, and -NH-CO-NH- is inserted to at least one -CH2-CH2- group constituting said alkylene group. The carbon atom of the methylene group bonding with the group Q does not bond with a separate group Q at the same time.]; and a method for producing nucleic acids using the same.
