Abstract:
An input data generation system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises at least one processor. The at least one processor generates input data for machine learning by: receiving at least the input of first molecular graph data identifying a molecular graph corresponding to a first molecule, second molecular graph data identifying a molecular graph corresponding to a second molecule, and mixing rate data representing the mixing rate of the first molecule and second molecule; generating synthesized molecular graph data in which at least the first molecular graph data and the second molecular graph data are combined; converting the synthesized molecular graph data into a feature vector; and reflecting the mixing rate data in the feature vector.
