Abstract:
An insulated telescopic arm and an insulated bucket arm vehicle. The insulated telescopic arm comprises an outer arm (1), an insulated inner arm (2) and a self-adjusting roller apparatus (3). The insulated inner arm (2) is limited in the outer arm (1), and can extend out of the outer arm (1) from a free end of the outer arm (1) along an axial direction. The self-adjusting roller apparatus (3) comprises a pressure cylinder (31) disposed on the outer arm (1), piston rods (32) capable of moving up and down in the pressure cylinder (31), and roller assemblies (33) used to carry the insulated inner arm (2), there being at least two roller assemblies (33), and the roller assemblies (33) each comprising a roller shaft (331) and a roller body (332) used to carry the insulated inner arm (2) and rotatably sleeved on an outer side of the roller shaft (331). Two ends of the roller shaft (331) extending out of the roller body (332) are each correspondingly connected to a piston rod (32). Since a fluid medium in the pressure cylinder (31) provides an equal force to each piston rod (32), it can be ensured that the at least two roller components (33) are uniformly stressed, thereby greatly reducing the wear rate, and improving the service life and insulation performance of the insulated inner arm.
