An insulated wire according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: one or more linear conductors; and one or more insulating layers that are superposed on the outer circumferential surfaces of the insulators. With respect to this insulated wire, the insulating layers contain an olefin resin and an antioxidant; the content of the antioxidant is more than 1.0 part by mass but not more than 5.0 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the olefin resin; and the antioxidant is composed of a phenolic antioxidant and a sulfur-based antioxidant other than a sulfur-containing phenolic antioxidant.
