Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provides a method for preparing an insulating tape, comprising: mixing polyester polyol oxide, flame retardant, talcum powder, and carbon black to obtain a resin mixture to obtain a resin mixture; adding a curing agent to the resin mixture to obtain a cured resin mixture; rolling the cured resin mixture into a coil; and attaching PET films to the upper and lower surfaces of the coil, and performing slicing to obtain the insulating tape. The insulating tape prepared by means of the method can be used for insulation protection in the field of high voltage electricity and electrical appliances, can implement waterproofness, insulation and voltage breakdown protection of the electrical appliances, is simple to construct, and can achieve long-term protection.
