Abstract:
This insulation resistance detection device detects the voltage at a contact point between a coupling capacitor (C1) and a resistor (R1) when a frequency signal is outputted to the resistor, and detects insulation resistance (Rn) between a ground part and a power supply path on the basis of the moving average value (VA) of the detected voltage (VD). The insulation resistance detection device is provided with: a first determination unit for determining whether the detected voltage has changed by a level equal to or greater than a predetermined value (Vtg1); a resistance detection unit for, when the detected voltage is determined to have changed by the level equal to or greater than the predetermined value, detecting the insulation resistance on the basis of a first moving average value (VA1) calculated using the detected voltage within a first range (HS1); and a second determination unit that determines whether the pulsation of the detected voltage has attenuated after the detected voltage is determined to have changed by the level equal to or greater than predetermined value. When the attenuation has been determined to have occurred, the resistance detection unit detects the insulation resistance, not on the basis of the first moving average value, but on the basis of a second moving average value (VA2) which is calculated using detected voltage in a second range (HS2) having therein smaller values of detected voltage than those in the first range.
