Abstract:
This laser welding device comprises: a chamber (3) having an internal space (3d) having a workpiece (W) arranged therein; a laser light irradiation unit (2) that irradiates a laser light (L) for welding the workpiece; a vacuum pump (9) that sucks out air inside the chamber and reduces pressure inside the chamber; a laser transmission window (20) capable of transmitting laser light irradiated from the laser light irradiation unit; a shutter (7) that is arranged on the chamber side of the laser transmission window and is closed when returning the pressure inside the chamber to atmospheric pressure after laser welding.
