Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integrated management system for an operator and a user of a fitness center. In one embodiment, disclosed is an integrated management system comprising: a weight loss counseling unit that provides a member's calorie analysis information, body weight information for a recommended weight loss, and weight control guide information on the basis of the member's body composition analysis result and body measurement analysis result; a personal exercise program managing unit that creates and manages the member's personal exercise program by receiving, from the member, selection of information on a body part to be exercised, exercise equipment information, exercise attribute information, and exercise difficulty information; a personal exercise result information providing unit that provides usage guide information of exercise equipment included in the personal exercise program, and provides at least one of exercise amount information, exercise time information, exercise break time information, and weight change information for each piece of exercise equipment, and at least one of exercise amount information for each body part to be exercised and exercise ratio information between body parts to be exercised by date and predetermined period, respectively; a personal nutrition information managing unit that receives, from the member, an input of daily food intake information, and provides daily recommended amount and intake ratio comparison information for each type of nutrient, exercise information, and necessary recommended food information, on the basis of the received food intake information and the weight control guide information; and a personal body data analyzing unit that provides, by date, change information and analysis result information of body composition data and body measurement data input from measurement equipment.
