Provided is an integrated starter generator, relating to the technical field of motors. The integrated starter generator comprises a motor assembly (100) and an inverter assembly (300). The inverter assembly (300) comprises: a PCBA housing (10) comprising a housing body (12) and a cover plate (11) covering the housing body (12), the housing body (12) being internally provided with a PCBA (15); and a heat-dissipation structure (20) comprising a heat-dissipation plate (21) and a water pipe (22), the heat-dissipation plate (21) being provided with a first side and a second side that are arranged in a vertical direction, the first side of the heat-dissipation plate (21) being configured to be attached to the housing body (12) and a power module (16), the second side of the heat-dissipation plate (21) being provided with an accommodating groove (211), the water pipe (22) being in interference fit in the accommodating groove (211), and at least part of the outer wall of the water pipe (22) being attached to the groove wall of the accommodating groove (211). In the integrated starter generator, the heat of the PCBA and the power module can be fully dissipated, thereby improving the reliability and stability of a whole machine.
