Abstract:
An integrated vehicle inverter assembly, comprising: a main box body (1). The two ends of the main box body (1) are respectively covered with a top cover (2) and a bottom cover (3), and the three form an accommodating space. A low-voltage connector wire harness assembly (101), a high-voltage wire harness assembly (102), an alternating current bus bar assembly (103) and a filter magnetic ring (104) are fixedly connected to a side wall of the main box body (1). A water inlet pipe (301) and a water outlet pipe (302) are provided on the bottom cover (3). A cooling channel (7), a control substrate assembly (4), a shielding plate (5) and an image processing unit assembly (6) are provided in the accommodating space. The two ends of the cooling channel (7) are respectively connected to the water inlet pipe (301) and the water outlet pipe (302). A driving plate (601) and the control substrate assembly (4) transmit control signals by means of an inter-plate wiring arrangement. The present integrated vehicle inverter assembly has a high level of integration and a high level of electromagnetic compatibility.
