Abstract:
An intelligent electric control device for opening and closing of an isolating switch, comprising an electrically controlled mechanism box (1) and a control box (2). The electrically controlled mechanism box (1) comprises a housing (3), a microswitch assembly, a mechanism rotating shaft (4), a transmission assembly, and a speed reducer (5). The mechanism rotating shaft (4) is transmittingly connected to the speed reducer (5) by means of the transmission assembly, and one end of the mechanism rotating shaft (4) is connected to the isolating switch spindle (6). When the mechanism rotating shaft (4) drives the isolating switch spindle (6) to rotate to a closing position and an opening position, the mechanism rotating shaft (4) can touch the microswitch assembly. The control box (2) provides power for the speed reducer (5), and can receive opening-in-place and closing-in-place contact signals provided by the microswitch assembly. The control box (2) can control the start and stop of the speed reducer (5) by means of the opening-in-place and closing-in-place contact signals. One-button opening and closing of the isolating switch can be achieved without changing the structure of the isolating switch, and the manual operation function is retained, so that the operation convenience, safety and reliability of the isolating switch are improved.
