Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent highly efficient crusher, comprising a workbench (1), wherein the bottom end of the workbench (1) is connected to a support plate (2), a bottom plate (3) is connected below the support plate (2), a lower end of the bottom plate (3) is connected to a protective foot plate (6), and the lower end of the bottom plate (3) is connected to a hydraulic lifting column (4) at a position on an inner side of the protective foot plate (6); a wheel (5) is mounted at the bottom end of the hydraulic lifting column (4), a protective shell (9) is mounted at the top end of the workbench (1), a movable cutter roller (7) is mounted inside the protective shell (9), a rotation shaft (12) is connected to one side of the protective shell (9) at a position corresponding to the movable cutter roller (7), and an outer side of the rotation shaft (12) is connected to a gear speed-increasing box (13); and a fixed rod (18) is provided on one one side of the workbench (1) at a position close to a baffle (11), a first fixed pulley (19) is mounted on one side of the top end of the fixed rod (18), and a second fixed pulley (31) is mounted on one side of the bottom end of the fixed rod (18) at a lower position corresponding to the first fixed pulley (19). The provision of the protective foot plate (6) and the hydraulic lifting column (4) prevents the wheel (5) from dirt and facilitates the movement of an apparatus, the provision of the gear speed-increasing box (13) facilitates improving the working efficiency of the apparatus, and the provision of a feeding hopper (23) facilitates feeding the crusher, reducing manpower.
