Disclosed are a needle body assembly (1), a lead adapter assembly (2) and an intraoperative monitoring needle electrode. The needle body assembly (1) comprises a needle body (11) and a needle handle (12) arranged on the needle body (11), wherein the needle body (11) protrudes from two sides of the needle handle (12), and the needle handle (12) comprises a first clamping portion (121). The lead adapter assembly (2) is used for installing the needle body assembly (1), and comprises an adapter (21) for installing the needle body assembly (1), with one end of the adapter (21) being provided with a first groove (211) that can clamp the first clamping portion (121). The intraoperative monitoring needle electrode provided in the present application is of a detachable structure and can be used to realize different post-treatments according to the features of different components, thereby increasing the utilization of materials, reducing the production cost of the needle electrode, and being environmentally friendly. The needle electrode has a simple structure and can easily be batch produced.
