An intelligent treadmill having a projection device, comprising: a base (1); the base (1) comprises a base body (11) and a running belt (12), a front end of the base body (11) being provided with an equipment casing (5); a front end of the equipment casing (5) is provided with a projection hole (501), and the equipment casing (5) is internally provided with a laser projection device; the laser projection device comprises a built-in display screen (51) and a laser light source (52), a main control circuit board (53) being provided within the equipment casing (5); a rear end of the equipment casing (5) is provided with a gesture recognition camera (54), the gesture recognition camera (54) being connected to the main control circuit board (53) by means of a wire; an ultrasonic range finder (55) that is used for measuring the distance to a user is provided at the rear end of the equipment casing (5); a main motor (15) is connected to a motor speed governor (17), the ultrasonic range finder (55) being connected to the motor speed governor (17); the rear end of the equipment casing (5) is further provided with an infrared human body sensing switch (56); the infrared human body sensing switch (56) is connected to the laser light source (52).
