A smart treadmill having an auxiliary control wristband, comprising a base (1); the base (1) comprises a seat body (11) and a running belt (12), a front end of the seat body (11) being provided with an equipment box (5); a front end of the equipment box (5) is provided with a projection hole (501), a laser projection device being provided within the equipment box (5), and the laser projection device comprising a built-in display screen (51) and a laser light source (52); a main control circuit board (53) is provided within the equipment box (5), and a rear end of the equipment box (5) is provided with a gesture recognition camera (54), the gesture recognition camera (54) being connected to the main control circuit board (53) by means of wires; the smart treadmill further comprises a first wristband (6) that is worn on the left wrist of a user and a second wristband (7) that is worn on the right wrist of the user, at least six blue light emitting diode (LED) lights (61) being circumferentially arranged on an outer side of the first wristband (6), and at least six red LED lights (61) being circumferentially arranged on an outer side of the second wristband (7).
