Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model are an intercooler, and a fuel cell system using same. The intercooler comprises a heat exchanger, a flow guide end cover, an air inlet interface, and an air outlet interface; a second air inlet is formed at the top of the heat exchanger and a second air outlet is formed at the bottom; the air inlet interface is formed on the right side of the flow guide end cover; an air inlet cavity is formed inside the flow guide end cover; a first air outlet is formed at the bottom of the flow guide end cover; an inclined flow guide surface is arranged at the top of the air inlet cavity; the flow guide end cover is mounted at the top of the heat exchanger so that the first air outlet is communicated with the second air inlet; when an air flow enters the air inlet cavity from the air inlet interface on the right side of the flow guide end cover, the air flow is guided by the inclined flow guide surface to the second air inlet at the top of the heat exchanger, and is then discharged from the second air outlet formed at the bottom, thereby achieving a certain angle of turning; the air outlet interface is mounted on the second air outlet. The intercooler is compact in structure and high in degree of integration, realizes 90-degree turning of an air flow, and greatly facilitates integration and arrangement of the intercooler in the fuel cell system.
