Abstract:
An interface system for interconnected dies and an MPU, and a communication method therefor. The interface system for interconnected dies and an MPU comprises: a data interface, an interruption interface and a debugging interface, wherein the data interface comprises an SPI, a DDR data interface and a DMA control interface, the SPI being used for autonomous starting of an MPU in a starting stage, and the DMA control interface being used for DMA starting and ending control; the interruption interface is used for receiving an interruption data packet from a network and parsing the interruption data packet to obtain a pulse interruption input required by the MPU, and the interruption interface also receives an interruption address operation from the data interface, converts the interruption address operation into an interruption event, and sends the interruption event; and the debugging interface comprises a JTAG-Core debugging interface, which is used for receiving a debugging data packet from the network and translating the debugging data packet into a JTAG protocol for MPU debugging. In the system, an interface provided by interconnected dies and a master device MPU interface are correspondingly interconnected by means of an interruption interface, a DDR data interface, an SPI and a JTAG-Core debugging interface, and the extension of an MPU in a high-performance information processing micro-system and the high-speed communication between the MPU and the interconnected dies are realized.
