Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention is an interferon-κ mutant. On the basis of wild-type interferon-κ, free cysteine residues are mutated to amino acids other than cysteine, and/or methionine residues which can be oxidatively modified are partially or completely mutated to amino acids other than methionine. The interferon-κ mutant in the present invention is convenient in vitro renaturation and purification, and the product is uniform.
