Abstract:
Disclosed is a light-emitting module (100), comprising an electrical connection layer (130), a light-emitting unit layer (150), and a light conversion layer (170), wherein the light-emitting unit layer (150) is not provided with an epitaxial growth substrate (190), or is provided with an epitaxial growth substrate (190) which at least partially covers the light-emitting unit layer (150). By means of not providing the epitaxial growth substrate (190), which is used for forming the light-emitting unit layer (150), in the formed light-emitting module (100), or providing the epitaxial growth substrate (190), which at least partially covers the light-emitting unit layer (150), in same, the influence of the epitaxial growth substrate (190) on light, which supports display, is prevented as much as possible in the light-emitting module (100), thereby facilitating the improvement of a display effect.
