Abstract:
Disclosed is an internal combustion engine control device which can accurately estimate the temperature behavior of an intake pipe during transition even in an internal combustion engine equipped with a turbocharger and variable valves. The internal combustion engine control device estimates the transient behavior of the intake pipe temperature on the basis of gas inflow into the intake pipe (dGafs/dt), gas outflow from the intake pipe (dGcyl/dt), intake pipe pressure (Pin), and the rate of change in the intake pipe pressure over time (dPin/dt). Then, knock control is performed during the transition period on the basis of the said estimated transient behavior of the intake pipe temperature.
