Through these communications, they will be promoting world peace and educational unity for the future generations. What makes ICEUA & Associates unique? The ICEUA program will be a onestop organized association of educational communications. It will provide most necessary access sources for the administrators, educators, and students. Moreover, the ICEUA program plans to achieve success in education for all. The program will cater to the SPED students, Bilingual, the AtRisk students, and the whole population. It will provide a variety of topics in all major areas. The teachers will be able to benefit through the automatic recordkeeping and available statistical printouts. Furthermore, the ICEUA program will provide a. zõuiltin behavior system based on points and positive rewards. The educational. ! professionals needs will also be met through statistical availability and progress reports of students; through successful communications with other professionals in the field of education; through the comparison/sharing of ideas and the developing common goals/ objectives. The ICEUA idea was developed through study, use, and practice of organizing, and developing state/city goals and objectives. Moreover, the idea was developed through application, while working together with other educators within the field. It was also developed through travel, comparative education, and needs assessments geared towards a decision on a dissertation topic. Yes, there are competitive programs. But, none of them meet the full needs of an administrator, educator, and students as the ICEUA program. The current educational programs are listed in isolation. ICEUA plans to bring these worlds together. ICEUA will eliminate the gaps, so as to encourage/foster educational growth amongst the administrators, educators, and students. m. Abstract The principal purpose of the association is to help promote world peace through internet communication ; share cultural similarities and differences; and to develop educational excellence. Moreover, this is a new project to actively engage everyone : administrators, educators, and all students (including SPED, Bilingual and AtRisk students) through using technology within the classroom curriculum. The focus will be on excellence in education for all, through international communications and sharing of ideas/goals. Furthermore, this program will provide a model for all other schools to successfully use computers within the curriculum to help achieve international, national, and state goals/objectives. Therefore, allowing for students to achieve their highest potential through the use of computers within the educational curriculum. In application, some of the anticipate short term results/outcomes include : improved student achievement; higher test scores; international, national, and state goals/objectives met with ease; successful inclusion of SPED students, Bilingual and AtRisk students; and improved student behavior through active installed positive behavioral programs. The anticipated long term results/outcomes include: remarkable improvement in the whole educational field; administrators and educators communicating to develop excellence in education for the future generations; educators and students sharing their ideas for educational excellence and students working together to achieve their highest academic potential. Consequently, this project will effect our whole world communications through goals which include achieving world peace, harmony and excellence in education. Our President today, President Bush has set high goals in his educational campaign. Bush said,"In order to reform education you've got to hold people accountable and there needs to be strong accountability... Our goal is to spur a great movement in education."Bush says education is his highest priority through Reading Initiatives, ; Reforming & Educational Funding for Character Education, Testing and many other accountability measures (Shannon, Kelly, NY Times Aug 28, 2000). The ICEUA project will met these anticipated goals. ICEUA offers many rich resources for the administrators, educators and students.
