Abstract:
A report blocking control unit (19) controls the blocking of an output of reporting, as based on sensor-detected information and camera-detected information to become a misreport for a predetermined time band. A sensitivity adjusting control unit (21) adjusts the sensitivities of a sensor (3) and a camera (1) in advance so that no misreport may be outputted by the sensor (3) and the camera (1) for a predetermined time period. Thus, the misreport can be reduced even in the place susceptible to the misreport.
