In order to address the problem of providing intrusion prevention equipment with which the location to be blocked off (the portion to be opened/closed) can be changed freely, and with which the intrusion of various objects (persons, wheelchairs, baby carriages, bicycles, motorcycles, automobiles, animals, and the like) which are to be prevented from intruding can be obstructed, intrusion prevention equipment (1) is equipped at least with: columnar bodies (10) and connecting bodies (30), which are connected in a movable manner to a horizontal member (B) which is fixedly installed on a pillar (P); columnar body driving devices (20) that drive the columnar bodies; connecting body driving devices (40) that drive the connecting bodies; and three three-stage extending/contracting bodies (50) that extend/contract between the columnar bodies (10) and the connecting bodies (30). When the three-stage extending/contracting bodies (50) are extended horizontally with respect to the ground surface (E), the intrusion of various objects which are to be prevented from intruding can be obstructed.
