Abstract:
Disclosed are an inverter housing, and a connecting structure for an inverter and a junction box. The inverter housing comprises an upper housing, wherein the inner side of the upper housing is provided with a cavity for accommodating a circuit board; the upper surface of the upper housing is provided with a wiring duct for accommodating a junction box, and the junction box is fixedly mounted in the wiring duct; the bottom of the wiring duct is provided with an elastic protrusion, which is connected to a high-voltage protection device, and two wire inlet terminals; the elastic protrusion cooperates with an ejector pin on the junction box for high-voltage power-off protection; and the two wire inlet terminals are connected to an external cable via the junction box. According to the present application, the elastic protrusion of the high-voltage protection device designed on the inverter housing is cooperatively used with the ejector pin in the junction box, so as to achieve high-voltage protection when a cover plate of the junction box is opened for wiring, thereby effectively protecting the safety of workers and apparatuses. In addition, the inverter housing in the present application is compatible with various junction boxes, thereby achieving connection between an inverter and external cables in multiple directions to meet the wiring requirements of inverters in different vehicle models.
