Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for analyzing whether each resident space is occupied by an appropriate tenant or not. [Solution] The present invention provides an investigation system for invigorating a shopping street, an investigation system having functions for: acquiring video of passengers coming and going on an inflow path to a shopping street; accumulating passenger information by estimating, from the acquired video, gender and age of each photographed passenger in association with recorded time; holding, for each store resident space in the shopping street, store information including the presence/absence of a resident store, a category of the store when the resident space is occupied, opening hours of the store when the resident space is occupied, and gender and age of an assumed customer segment of the store when the resident space is occupied; and calculating temporal changes of the number of passengers and the number of active stores by using the accumulated passenger information and the held store information.
