Abstract:
An isolation transformer comprising an insulating layer, a transformer, and a capacitor having a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode. The transformer includes: a first coil having a first signal end and a first ground end and configured such that a low voltage can be applied to the first signal end; and a second coil which is spaced apart from the first coil in a thickness direction of the insulating layer, has a second signal end and a second ground end, and is configured such that a high voltage can be applied to the second signal end. The insulating layer includes a plurality of thin films and a plurality of inter-layer insulating films that are alternately stacked in the thickness direction. The plurality of thin films include a first thin film and a second thin film spaced apart from each other in the thickness direction. The plurality of inter-layer insulating films include a first inter-layer insulating film adjacent to the first thin film in the thickness direction, and a second inter-layer insulating film adjacent to the second thin film in the thickness direction. The first capacitor electrode is formed between the first thin film and the first inter-layer insulating film. The second capacitor electrode is formed between the second thin film and the second inter-layer insulating film.
