Abstract:
This insulating transformer comprises: an insulating layer; a transformer including a first coil and a second coil, the first coil being embedded in the insulating layer, having a first signal end and a first ground end, and being configured to be able to apply a low voltage to the first signal end, the second coil being embedded in the insulating layer apart from the first coil in the thickness direction, having a second signal end and a second ground end, and being configured to be able to apply a high voltage to the second signal end; and a capacitor disposed between the first coil and the second coil and including a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode, the first capacitor electrode being connected to the first ground end, the second capacitor electrode disposed between the first capacitor electrode and the second coil and connected to the second ground end.
