Abstract:
An item-packaging sheet comprising a substrate and a release agent layer provided on one side of the substrate, the release agent layer having been formed by curing a release agent composed mainly of an epoxy functional polyorganosiloxane with 1 to 20 % by mole of all the organic groups being constituted by a monoepoxy functional organic group by ultraviolet irradiation; and an item pack of sanitary napkins prepared by packaging sanitary napkins having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the surface thereof in the item-packaging sheet. The sheet and the sanitary napkins thus packaged are advantageous in that even exposure to a sunlight, a light from a fluorescent lamp or the like before use does not cause the sheet to suffer from an increase in the boundary interaction between the release agent layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, so that the sheet can be smoothly separated from the napkin.
