Abstract:
Provided is a technology for analyzing an operation log obtained by a user operating a computer. In this job analysis method, the following steps are executed by a computer: an acquisition step for acquiring an operation log of a computer operated by a user; an identification step for identifying, from the operation log, a plurality of operation paths Pa1-Pa5 with different execution dates/times, when a series of input operations is defined as an operation path, the series of input operations being performed by a user from the start of an operation for processing a specific job until the end of the operation in order to process a specific job; and a main path generation step for comparing the plurality of operation paths Pa1-Pa5 in input order, identifying an input operation with a high execution frequency for each input order, and generating a main path in which the identified input operations are connected in series.
