Abstract:
A dissimilar metal material joint structure 1 is mainly composed of a first joining material 3, a second joining material 5, a three-dimensional structural body 7, and the like. The three-dimensional structural body 7 is joined to the top of the first joining material 3. Spaces 9b in the three-dimensional structural body 7 are filled with the second joining material 5, so that the second joining material 5 is geometrically integrated with the three-dimensional structural body 7. As described above, the three-dimensional structural body 7 is joined to the first joining material 3 at an interface 11. The second joining material 5 is charged into the spaces 9b in the three-dimensional structural body 7 and is integrated with the three-dimensional structural body 7. The first joining material 3 and the second joining material 5 are joined together via the three-dimensional structural body 7. At this time, because the second joining material 5 is charged into the spaces 9b in the three-dimensional structural body 7, the second joining material 5 and the three-dimensional structural body 7 are strongly joined and integrated together by the anchor effect. Furthermore, the bonding (tensile) strength can be increased by inducing metallurgical reaction at the interface between the first joining material and the second joining material.
