Abstract:
The present invention relates to a juice extractor, the juice extractor according to the present invention comprising: a main body provided with a rotating driving shaft; an open-top housing disposed on the main body and having a juice outlet and a pulp outlet spaced apart on the lower part thereof, and having a pulp-lowering outlet in communication with the pulp outlet on the bottom surface thereof; a lid disposed so as to cover the open upper surface of the housing; a mesh drum disposed in the interior of the housing, having open top and bottom surfaces, and having a plurality of mesh holes on the side wall thereof; and a screw connected to the driving shaft so as to be rotatably disposed on the main body and arranged in the interior of the mesh drum, and having a screw helical thread on the outer surface thereof, wherein a rotating cutting member rotating along with the screw is provided on the lower part of the screw, the rotating cutting member imparting a cutting action while passing and crossing over the upper surface of the pulp-lowering outlet.
