Abstract:
The present invention relates to jumping exercise equipment and, more specifically, to jumping exercise equipment in which the elasticity of a plate spring can be adjusted and a coil spring can be used to correct residual elastic repulsion generated by a user's jumping exercise. The present invention can provide jumping exercise equipment which is provided with a residual elastic repulsion-correcting unit having elasticity and disposed below a plate spring, and thus can correct residual elastic repulsion generated by the user's jumping exercise. Also, the present invention can minimize the noise and shock generated during the jumping exercise, and is provided with a fixing lever that can stop the rotation of a rotatable footboard, and thus can selectively provide a desired exercise among the jumping exercise and a waist-rotating exercise. In addition, the present invention is provided with a footboard elastic unit and thus can primarily absorb the shock generated during the jumping exercise, and is therefore able to cushion the shock that is applied to the user.
