Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a keyboard and an electronic device, for use in solving the problem in the prior art that the input efficiency is affected due to unsuccessful input when pressing one corner of a press-key having a large length. According to the keyboard provided in the embodiments of the present application, a recess for mounting a second press-key is formed on a base plate, so that the distance between the second press-key and the base plate is increased; moreover, when the distances between first electric contacts of press-keys and corresponding second electric contacts are consistent, by designing the depth of the recess to be greater than the maximum deformation deflection of the second press-key, the minimum distance between the second press-key and the base plate can be greater than the distance between the first electric contact of the second press-key and the corresponding second electric contact even if a corner of the second press-key is bent and deformed under pressure, so that before the second press-key continues to be pressed downwards to touch the recess bottom of the recess, the contacts are in contact and a successful input is conducted by the second press-key; thus, the impact of ineffective input on the input efficiency is reduced.
