Abstract:
A knee joint rehabilitation device for a wheelchair, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a rehabilitation device frame formed at a height corresponding to a leg of a patient sitting in a wheelchair; a thigh support which is disposed on the top of the rehabilitation device frame and on which a thigh of the patient is seated and supported while the patient is sitting in the wheelchair; a crus support which is rotatably connected to the thigh support and on which a crus of the patient is seated and supported; and a movement control unit which is disposed on the rehabilitation device frame and rotates the crus support about a connecting portion of the crus support and the thigh support so as to subject the patient's knee joint to rehabilitation exercise while the patient is sitting in the wheelchair.
