A knob and a massager (7) using the knob are disclosed. The knob comprises a base (1), an upper cover (2) covering on the base (1) and fixedly connected with the base, and a buckle (3) used to rotate the base (1) and the upper cover (3). The buckle (3) is hinged with the upper cover (2). The upper cover (2) is provided with a clamp component used to prevent the buckle (3) from shaking. The upper cover (2) is provided with a storage groove (21). The clamp component comprises a spring (4) disposed in the storage groove (21) and two groups of push components (5) respectively disposed on two ends of the spring (4). Each group of the push component (5) comprises a first rotating shaft (51) and a second rotating shaft (52). One end of the first rotating shaft (51) is provided with a first concave-convex surface (511), and one end of the second rotating shaft (52) is provided with a second concave-convex surface (521). The first concave-convex surface (511) and the second concave-convex surface (521) are engaged with each other. The other end of the first rotating shaft (51) is fixedly connected with the buckle (3). The other end of the second rotating shaft (52) extends into one end of the spring (4) and is clamped in the spring (4). When the knob is not being used, the buckle (3) is flush with the upper cover. When the knob is being used, the buckle (3) is overturned to a position perpendicular to the upper cover (2). The knob is convenient to adjust and suitable for apparatus having requirements on surface smoothness.
