Abstract:
Provided is a laminate body which makes a polyimide film be stably peeled off from a protective film and at the same time does not generate the adhesion reduction, plasticizing, or whitening of the polyimide film even after storage. A protective film having 0.03-3.0 mass% of a solvent-extracted low molecular weight component is used to suppress the migration amount of the solvent-extracted low molecular weight component in the protective film in contact with the surface of the polyimide film after storage under load to 0.5-50 mg/sq. M, thereby obtaining a laminate body for achieving the objective.
