Abstract:
Provided is a single circular knitted fabric whereby a laminate cloth having dramatically enhanced durability against catching or abrasion can be formed by adopting a special fabric structure in a laminate cloth having at least a base layer and a layer of a single circular knitted fabric. A two-layer laminate cloth (10) is constituted from a base layer (12) comprising one or both of a resin film and a nonwoven fabric, and a layer (14) of a single circular knitted fabric having a jersey structure. Here, the single circular knitted fabric forming the layer (14) of a single circular knitted fabric in the two-layer laminate cloth (10) has a special knitting structure. Specifically, the Vh value (C/W), representing the ratio of the density (course number C) in the warp direction of the jersey structure and the density (wale number W) in the weft direction of the jersey structure is in the range of 1.5 to 3.0.
