Abstract:

The present invention relates to a laminate and an element manufactured using same, the laminate comprising a first polyimide-based resin layer between a carrier substrate and a second polyimide-based resin layer, wherein the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the first polyimide-based resin layer in the temperature range of 100-200℃ is equal to or lower than that of the second polyimide-based resin layer in the same temperature range, and the adhesion of the first polyimide-based resin layer to the second polyimide-based resin layer is reduced by a physical stimulus which does not cause a chemical change in the first polyimide-based resin layer. Accordingly, the laminate allows the second polyimide-based resin layer to be easily separated from the carrier substrate without conducting a laser radiation or light radiation process or the like and thus allows the easy manufacture of elements having a polyimide-based resin layer, such as a flexible display element. In addition, the laminate can inhibit reliability degradation or the occurrence of defects in an element caused by laser or light radiation or the like and thus allows the manufacture of elements having improved and highly reliable element properties.
