Abstract:
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a method for preparing a high-quality lubricant (for example, a lubricant satisfying a standard of group III or more) by: converting a fatty acid mixture derived from oils and fats of a biological origin into an olefin mixture by decarbonylation; preparing an olefinic-based lubricant by inducing oligomerization thereof; and removing olefins by hydrogenation.
